Background
A senior Human Resources Advisor is needed for a Development Cooperation Programme in Jordan, to provide expertise in the development of HR policies, setting up organizational structure and developing strategic Human Resources plans.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the HR Manager include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparation of high-level reports on Human resources
- Setting up and implementing Human Resources recruitment strategy
- Human Resources administration and following up on daily activities
- Operational support; procurement, events coordination, travel services and insurance services.
- Prepare templates for human resources documents
- Implementing full employment cycle; recruitment, conducting interviews preparation of employment contracts, etc.
