We are looking for intelligent, passionate, and organized Inbound Researchers, who will be helping companies in the Middle East hire amazing talent!
Researchers are responsible for prospective customer outreach. You will get the opportunity to work with HR managers, C-level executives and hiring managers of different companies in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers to action leads for our sales team
- Help first-time clients with their registrations
- Gather and record customer information on CRM
- Understand the features and benefits of our products
- Identify market potential by qualifying leads
- Initiate sales process by communicating with customers to understand their hiring requirements
- Coordinate with the sales team on a daily basis to ensure effective lead management
