The role of the Digital Marketing Section Head is to plan, develop, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy approved by the BOD. In addition, he/she is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing AYLA’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to ensure Ayla achieves the business objectives set for MARCOM department.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing deliverables (as per tactical plan set), including SEO/SEM, customer database management, email, social media optimization, programmatic advertising campaigns, MailChimp management, Google ads network, optimizing digital presence ad exposure on travel destination websites as TripAdvisor and AirBnB.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Present the latest digital trends available in the market to ensure Ayla proactivity
- Measure and report performance of all AYLA’s digital presence, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies, whilst maintaining responsibility on budget control and expenditure
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Ensure all campaigns and budget spend is being monitored and reported
- Ensure conversion of campaigns KPIs are met or check status reports for reevaluation and amendments
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate AYLA’s digital customer journey, and provide recommendations on how to improve and optimize.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners when needed.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
