- Performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining inventory, boats and Marine machines and equipment, reporting and documents filing, and evaluating employee performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the Marina is providing consistently excellent products and service, and address employee and customer concerns.
- Handling and supervising the daily and routine Marina operational tasks and provide direction to staff.
- Engaging in many of the same activities as Marina manage and stepping into the manager’s shoes in his absence.
- Leading by example, while providing support and training to Marina staff.
- Perform any other task requested by the Marina Manager.
- Adhere to Marina, and Ayla policies and procedures
