JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Traffic Manager, your main responsibility will be to build and optimize the Jobseeker acquisition, engagement and retention across several regions.
This will involve:
- Owning the Traffic strategy with focus on SEO, PPC and other paid activities (Social media advertising, Display advertising etc.)
Understanding the business objectives and translating these into traffic objectives - Analyzing campaign performance and making optimizations and allocating budget based on the results
- Working closely with Bayt's Online Marketing team and share best practices across the markets
- Leading and developing content-led SEO strategy that will aim to drive incremental growth to core landing pages
- Ensuring SEO best practices are implemented throughout the entire content process
- Serving as the point of contact with the content team advocating for SEO best practices for content optimization and editorial best practices
- Managing freelancers and agencies to support the development and execution against the content roadmap
- Owning the reporting and success of our SEO-content strategy, partnering with analytics to demonstrate incremental impact, ROI, and overall performance
