Purpose of the job:
Complete Treasury department daily tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for:
- Executing all payments to vendors/employees via Citi direct and SAP (payment factory) on time.
- Downloading incoming payments from bank system and recording them on SAP (using the correct
- customer code), and making sure that we have all supporting documents for cash, check transfers.
- Posting Journal entries related to all bank transactions (vv. ki, Treasury money transfer and
- pooling transfers) Posting the customs refund check accounting entry.
- Recording all bank details for our new vendors and employees in SAP based on our guidelines.
- Preparing Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
