• Lead and provide support for the Sales Engineers.
• Responsible for selling to and servicing new potential and existing accounts.
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and expanding the sales and distribution of products in the assigned target market.
• Ensure a proper follow-up with clients/farmers to enhance Debbane’s quality as leader in agricultural support and provider
• Attract new customers in a market with high movements/change and make sure the company develops its market share
• Prospect the possibility of having new markets and enlarging Debbane’s share and profitability
• Promote Debbane’s agricultural products and conduct appropriate tests and trials in collaboration with farmers and clients
• Establish a network to enhance Debbane’s relationship with its major stakeholders for a better company positioning
• Provide technical support to farmers in case of any need or problem that may occur
• Make site investigations and field checks
• Ensure the collection and make through follow-up with all customers
• Provide statistical data about sales, market and customer to the Sales Manager and the General Manager
• Assist his subordinates to prepare the yearly Sales Forecast based on their related area customers’ base.
• Re-evaluate their Sales Forecast after submission to be in line with the management directives.
• Conduct periodically a Business Intelligence efforts to report the competition activities.
• Review the Weekly Sales Reports of his subordinates and submit a combined one to the Sales Manager.
