The site services assistant will be responsible for basic servicing of facilities (cleaning and maintenance) in various locations as requested by the project officer.
The candidates should have good communication skills and able to perform well under pressure.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
The following is a brief description of the role.
Generic responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work- and Professional Development Plan.
• Adheres to NRC policies CC tools, handbooks and guidelines.
• Provides administrative support to beneficiaries and/or NRC staff.
• Develops own weekly activity planning with direct supervisor.
• Reports protection concerns to line manager (s).
• Files project documents in a central location and make sure the records are accurate and available to NRC staff.
Specific responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly. The line manager drafts the specific responsibilities and sends them to his/her line manager for approval.
• Supporting the officer in delivering quality servicing of facilities in reception areas of Rabba al Sahran and Azraq.
• Daily supervision and scheduling of incentive laborers involved in site services activities.
• Follow up with the various actors on the cleaning of relevant facilities.
• Report and schedule maintenance requests.
