Contributing in achieving the bank general strategies in the individuals sector via establishing sales activities for the region affiliated branches and setting the targeted budgets on the level of services and products and following up until they are implemented on ground, also directing the sales and marketing efforts to achieve the targeted numbers and making sure of providing high quality standard services that meet the level of announced individual services.
Responsibilities:
1-Setting execution plans for his/her affiliated area that meet the strategic goal and preparing its estimated budgets based on the provided products and services and duly pass it to the direct manager in order to be accredited and executed.
2- Setting the goals of the affiliated branches as well the goals of branch managers in cooperation with them. The candidate is responsible in front the management to achieve the set financial and non-financial goals, and administratively supervises their performance and evaluation, the candidate has to determine and circulate their leaves for a special customer care service and achieving the set goals.
3-Follow up the performance of his/her affiliated area and make sure of the service quality provided by the affiliated branches to achieve the set goals.
4- Reviewing the daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the branches accomplishments and sales activities based on the size and type, the candidate has to meet with the branch managers and follow up with them to make sure of increasing the sales and marketing efforts to achieve the set goals.
5- Participating the branch manager by paying visits to some of the customers, whom cases require the candidate existence in order to keep them, achieve the branch goals and develop business throughout attracting new customers.
6- Coordinate with the affiliated branch managers and direct and clarify to them the strength points in the bank products and follow up the affiliated brand managers clarification and direction to their employees at their branches to guarantee the provided product knowledge.
7- Contribute in developing the products throughout the feedback and notes the candidate receives on the product in a way that meets the requirements of the targeted audience in his/her area.
8- Make sure that the affiliated area employees are familiar with work procedures and accredited programs and supervise on determining the training courses that branch employees need and makes sure that set training programs meet the work requirements to guarantee special customer service.
9- Work as permeant/alternative member within a continuous execution plan and emergency teams that are fundamentally generalized and execute all required missions based on the plan in a way that guarantees to limit the crises effects and recover operations as soon as possible.

The nature of communication and work relationships:
*Daily verbal/ written communication with the direct manager to keep him updated.
* Daily verbal/ written communication with the branch managers and affiliated employees to pass and finalize the paper work.
* Verbal/written/ telephonic communication -based on the need- with the meant departments to obtain the approval and finalize the work.
* Verbal communication -based on the need- to elevate customer’s satisfaction and meet their requirements.
Job Framework and Authority limits:
• Work within specific work procedures and policies.
• Sign work paper that classified as (A) based on the authorities given.
• Pass work papers based on the authority given and approve work papers within his/her authority.
• Responsible of running sales activities for affiliated branches.
• Take responsibility that the affiliated branches will achieve their targets, accredited budgets and the quality of provided services.
• The job requires taking decisions within the authorities given.
