Job Purpose
Responsible for managing marketing events, CSR and sponsorship projects in addition to handling direct marketing campaigns in compliance with marketing and branding strategies and objectives
Responsibilities:
Develop and update the direct marketing roadmap
Aware of Umniah’s’ products and services
Work closely with the product owners to develop and update the direct marketing roadmap during the year and effectively implement the campaigns accordingly
Involve the youth unit/promoters regularly with the roadmap updates
Run and manage the direct marketing campaigns
Build the needed connections with the third parties involved in each campaign
Plan and manage all logistics needed for the campaigns
Supervise the promoters working on the campaigns including briefing and training
Ensure proper publicity in all related campaigns
Report feedback consistently as per the management request
Ensure regular reporting and direct marketing campaigns “distributed lines, activated lines, sold products, etc.”
Provide budget reporting per campaign/project
Provide feedback/input on PR projects
Handling projects within the PR roadmap (when needed)
Work closely with the PR team to implement projects on the roadmap
Handle the execution of some PR projects
Plan the activation flow/roadmap for the project
Involve the youth unit within the PR projects (when needed)
Follow up on the budget of the PR projects he/she are handling
Manage all logistics needed for the projects
Ensure proper publicity in all related projects
Coordinate with the PR agency according on the need of each project
