Job Purpose
Provide HR and administration services to company’s employees and make sure HR practices are being implemented in compliance with the company policies and local labor law.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and interpret HR practices, personnel rules, policies and procedures of the company and local labor law.
- Respond to employees requests and do the required action according to the stated policies and procedures and in consultation with line manager.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new human resources processes, systems or procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet the changing requirements of internal customers.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection activities and help support the meeting of hiring requirements within the defined time frame.
- Follow up on new hires, and provide them with the required orientation.
- Follow up on resigned employees and make sure the clearance process is achieved in coordination with finance department.
- Coordinate and communicate with the health insurance company for addition, deletion, and medical claims reimbursement.
- Record monthly payroll transactions, process the payroll in cooperation with the line manager, and cross check the salaries after calculations.
- Keep updated with new and amended local laws and regulations, and explain its implications to the line manager.
- Prepare the required personnel reports for the HR Manager concern on a weekly and monthly basis.
