Accountabilities & Key Roles :
 
- Build and foster a win-win partnership between Operations and designated functions.
- Ensure all assigned projects and tasks are implemented, completed, and rolled out successfully in a timely manner in coordination with subject units in operation.
- Plan and implement all projects / requests for HO and countries to achieve the preset objectives, timeframes, budgets and project management / quality standards.
- Be involved in the UAT of new solutions, services and products, and ensure that UAT is comprehensive and results are properly documented.
- Perform post implementation review and ensure that initial project purposes are met.
- Act as a support coordinator with regards to Operations matters.
- Define / analyze and develop detailed requirements description for related product needs / projects in coordination and agreement with respective functions.
- Participate in identifying and selecting solutions to meet product / service needs.
- Identify budget/cost for Operations related projects/requests in coordination with direct manager according to respective unit requirements. Monitor cost spent on Operations related projects against approved budgets.
- Centrally test global projects (onsite / offsite). Support / coordinate testing activities for country projects.
- Act as the contact point between designated functions and the other respective functions, and ensure prompt follow-up on all Operations initiatives on behalf of the functions.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Ops related team, IT Division, and designated functions to ensure that all identified needs/ projects are tested and rolled out successfully in addition to updating related P&Ps and forms. Ensure timely approval and resolution of open items.
- Provide designated functions with high -level technical advice on their operations’ needs and propose workable solutions (in coordination with IT Division, and Ops related units).
- Assist designated functions team with their day to day Operation issues by interacting with the relevant Operation functions and ensuring their timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with other Ops RMs with regards to cross -functional projects / initiatives.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training to operations staff in HO and countries.
- Ensure all project data and updates are timely and properly updated / reflected on related projects system(s). Deliver data / reports related to projects timely and accurately when requested.
- Perform any task assigned by the direct supervisor.
