1: Oversee the overall quality and safety of the company’s food products and materials.
2: Ensure that food products meet standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities.
3: Develop and review quality and safety policies.
4: Update and maintain quality forms.
5: Train quality assurance and/ or quality control employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes.
6: Ensure all employees are following food safety and policies.
