The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing, implementing & deploying new business processes, marketing and partnerships to increase sales and reach. This position offers a true ground - floor opportunity to join our exciting, fast growing company.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining and managing the relationship with our local partner
- Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients
- Identify and develop potential clients
- Maintain regular contact with key clients
- Advise CEO of client feedback/comments relating to product features and pricing
- Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by plannin, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotions; developing field sales action plans
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products. Keep abreast of all competitor activity and recommed nessary tactical action
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation
- Liaise with othe rmembers of the sales team ( of the distributor) to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
- Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with company's health and safety
- Undertake any reasonable additional duties as specified by the CEO
- provide a daily report of all activities concluded and weekly schedule of planned activities
Reporting to: Reports directly to the CEO of UniComs Switzerland GmbH
Key Relationships:
Internal: With immediate supervisor, employees in the company
Extrernal: With parteners, customers, institutions, agencies, organisations and individuals related to the business.
