• Contribute to developing and implementing the M&E framework, including SOPs and tools, for all or some components of IRD’s program in Za’atari Camp.
• Support data collection processes, ensuring that high quality data is gathered in a timely and appropriate manner and supporting resolution of any issues surrounding incomplete or unclear data
• Support senior M&E staff in designing of M&E tools, liaise with field staff as needed
• Implement M&E tools in the field according to SOPs
• Support and contribute to the development of a data management system through documentation, implementation, and coordination of standardized information flow of M&E activities
• Participate in preparation and/or implementation of capacity building and training workshops for staff on M&E implementation
• Support in identification of gaps in M&E of activities in the field, as relevant, particularly when activities are revised or take on new elements
• Build and maintain good working relations with staff from programs and projects
• Data entry of M&E data (surveys, assessments, other) as required
• Assist with simple translation (from English to Arabic and Arabic to English) for routine M&E related documents (e.g. surveys, guidelines, etc.)
• Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor
