1.1. Job purpose
Responsible for supporting Umniah sub dealers, act as a connection point between Umniah and the Sub Dealers and follow up on all market functions (availability, competition, consumer trend, retaining the loyalty of POS) in order to Increase sales quality.
1.2.Responsibilities
Act as a connection point between Umniah and the Sub Dealers and follow up on all market functions (availability, competition, consumer trend, retaining the loyalty of POS)
Following up and educating the sub dealers on all products and services Umniah offered to the market (GSM, 3G, VAS, VD, web page registration,and enthuse the sub dealer to sell and use them
Perform daily visiting and reporting
Ensure branding (Delivering all available POSM) parallel with the sales developers.
Collect information about other operators and also our dealers about what is happening in the market and become an effective tool to handle any obstacle facing Umniah strategy
Create and open new market through POS that could have a potential sales in the territory
Establish new sub dealers lines and enthusing the sub dealer to sell Umniah merchandise
Build strong relations with the sub dealers, take advantage of this relation to the benefit of sales
Handle complaints from market and resolve all obstacles that sub dealers face in the market
