Focusing on areas of Project Execution (Internally) and Client Servicing (Externally). Preparing client specific presentations and reports to represent the ERP solution and trends to meet client requirements. Taking responsibility of the function, initiatives to build the team, streamline the operations and setting down the processes. Identifying business opportunities and accordingly putting down innovative ideas in front of management as well as taking actions to exploit these opportunities. Planning the sales strategies in terms of target verticals, target countries and markets, target companies and approaches towards pitching the products Forecasting targets: Setting up total lead target, per person lead rate, conversion target, rate of conversion to be achieved and revenue share percentage that will be contributed by business development team. Giving presentations to the top management team on monthly and quarterly basis on the team’s performance, numbers achieved and next quarter plans. Working with channel partner’s closely to monitor their business development teams, training their executives, monitoring the numbers achievement and overall plans implementation. Development of new client opportunities.
