Main Duties:
• Greets customers, take their purchased items and scan their barcodes and quantities on the system according to its type and appropriate procedure.
• Collects payments from customers in case of cash payments, count the money and compare them with the numbers in the cash’s report on the operated cash then return the remaining account as well as give them the invoices showing their detailed-purchase. .
• Ensures the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures. Provide the best customer service by guiding the customer and help them finding their desired items. Accept the customers’ suggestions and inquires and inform the related divisions such as the customer service with them.
• Counts the money in the cash box during his shift and compare them with the numbers in the report on the operated cash as well as delivering the cash with the invoices and the related reports to the Cash Supervisor according to the policies and procedures.
المهام الإدارية والفنية :
• استقبال الزبائن وأخذ بضائعهم وتعريف وإدخال الأصناف والكميات التي قاموا باختيارها على الصندوق حسب طبيعتها ونوعها والإجراءات الخاصة بها.
• استلام المبالغ المطلوبة من الزبائن في حالة الدفع النقدي وعدّها ومقارنتها مع الكشف المطبوع ذاتيا عن طريق جهاز الكاش ووضعها في الصندوق وإرجاع المبلغ المتبقي، أو محاسبتهم من خلال بطاقات الائتمان وإصدار الفواتير التي تبين تفاصيل مشترياتهم وتسليهما لهم.
• تقديم أفضل خدمة للزبائن داخل المتجر وإرشادهم وتوجيههم إلى الأصناف والمناطق المطلوبة واستقبال استفساراتهم وشكاويهم و التأكد من الالتزام بكافة سياسات و إجراءات الشركة.
• عد المبالغ التي تم تحصيلها خلال عمله ومقارنتها مع الكشف المطبوع ذاتيا" عن جهاز الكاش الذي عمل عليه ومن ثم تسليم النقد المقبوض مع الفواتير والتقارير المتعلقه بها إلى الوحدة المختصة حسب تعليمات وتوجيهات مسؤوله المباشر.
