Job tasks encompasses but not limited to : -
-Control all type of inventory transactions by analyzing, vouching and asking for proofs.
-Perform random count based on pre-planned schedule that relies on items turnover and value.
-Control the near expiry items by reporting them to management and persistent follow up on shipping them out.
-Supervise the midyear and year end stock count, and analyze the results.
-Control the Transfer to Damages warehouse and destruction process by witnessing the process and creating the controlling procedures.
-Create all the needed control measures to make sure of the correctness and accuracy of the inventory values and quantity.
