Hammoudeh Food industries is looking forward to employ a well motivated candidate for the position Maintenance Manager at company cheese factor at Al Khaldia / Al-Mafraq .
Job Description and Qualifications:
• Good knowledge in using PC, s, common Software programs, AutoCAD and internet /Ethernet requirements.
• 10 years experience in “ Plant maintenance including preventive/ corrective and problem trouble shooting “
• General knowledge in mechanics of machines for production lines and utility machines for dairy and cheese production facilities.
• Working knowledge in automation systems handling and requirements .
• Working knowledge in handling Logistic equipments,utility equipments ( steam boilers, Air compressors,water chillers, heat transfer and fluid mechanics and flow components .
• Working knowledge in refrigeration systems.
• Working knowledge in water treatment and waste water treatment.
• Working knowledge in managing maintenance staff, preventive maintenance systems planning, implementation,spare parts resourcing and related periodic technical reports generation by analysing System KPI, s and efficiency calculations.
• Knowledge in spare parts inventory systems and minimum stock management.
• knowledge in power and control electric panels
• Can work under pressure
