* This role will report directly to the Business Development Director.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Understanding Company’s manufacturing capabilities and capacities.
2. Understanding, establishing and maintaining company’s product portfolio in correlation with different business models.
3. Identifying new product opportunities of collaboration with external partners interested in the company’s dossiers (licensees) or manufacturing sites (CMO Partners).
4. Developing business models suitable for target opportunities.
5. Negotiating terms and establishing legal agreements with potential licensees or CMO clients.
6. Supporting potential clients’ due diligence activities.
7. Discussing supply and regulatory models with relevant functions, such as Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain Management.
