* This role will report directly to the Business Development Director.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Identifying new product opportunities in alignment with the company’s strategy and in collaboration with relevant teams (e.g. Marketing).
2. Developing business models suitable for target in-licensing opportunities.
3. Scouting for potential licensors identified opportunities.
4. Negotiating terms and establishing legal agreements with potential licensors.
5. Supervising due diligence activities including financial feasibility and technical reviews .
6. Discussing supply and regulatory models with relevant functions, such as Pre-Launch Activities, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain Management.
7. Supporting pre-launch activities by resolving delays and conflicts with licensors.
