* This role will report directly to the Business Development Director.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Receiving new pipeline entries from In-Licensing Manager after agreement signature, comprehending business and supply models, and verifying proper due diligence.
2. Development of PLA plan, including regulatory strategy, and establishing consensus internally and externally.
3. Requesting and receiving registration requirements from RA covering the Territory.
4. Sharing registration requirements Licensor.
5. Following up, as project manager, on documents compilation from Licensor to Company.
6. When relevant, following up on ordering of needed material and samples; ensuring accurate and timely ordering and receiving accurate delivery status.
7. When relevant, following up on manufacturing of tech-transfer batches; ensuring proper, clear planning and actual execution of production plan.
8. Ensuring timely submission of dossiers by RA and receiving accurate registration status.
9. Coordinating with Supply Chain Department, Marketing and Sales on readiness of first commercial batch.
10. Periodically circulating status with stakeholders.
11. Timely and effectively raising flag upon expecting delays.
