Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the production system and all updates required
- Manages best practices handbook based on country visits, assessment and sites experiences
- Organizes Hikma Production System award and activities
- Manages trainings & workshops across sites (new comers + new practices, specific topics e.g. SPC)
- Runs maturity assessment at sites, prepare targets & roadmaps (twice a year initially)
- Acts as "SWAT" team with improvement ideas on productivity improvement
- Supports the cross functional teams in MENA sites for the achievement of change
- Identifies best practices projects and initiates opportunities related to production system.
- Develops and maintains knowledge and database related to performance and best practices.
