Responsible for overseeing the sales and investors relation department within a company. Sets local and regional sales quotas, manages sales support staff and representatives, and advises company about sales performance.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and follow up on business leads.
• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
• Include and track all sales details to CRM.
• Manage team of sales staff.
• Oversee regional and local sales representatives / IBs.
• Maintain contact with Investors and brokers.
• Travel to different locations to meet with potential Investors.
• Attend and preside over sales meetings.
• Maintain reports.
• Hire, train, and lead sales representatives.
• Develop motivational material.
