- Collect detailed information to categorize request in order to determine method of resolution.
- Analyze requirements gathered and determine gaps in technology, business processes, construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities and write specifications.
- Write detailed scenarios for reported issues to be analyzed properly and find solutions
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output requirements and formats
- Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications
- Use discretion to effect timely solution of problems in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentations; provide help desk and end user training
- Ensure that business process and IT change is effectively planned and managed
- Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, process modeling or other detailed deliverables
- Set up testing environments with re-usable test cases
- Apply QA principles and methodology to develop test cases and detail test scenarios and oversee their execution, tracking, and automation.
- Work with our development and QA teams as needed to resolve problems
- Setup Training Materials, Demos and User Manuals
- Work directly with customers to provide services and help resolve reported issues
