-Monitors and distributes assignments as necessary to ensure adequate coverage of customer needs.
-Assigns tasks and monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
-Manage the tourist brochures and contact Jordan Tourism Board to arrange the delivery of the brochures.
-Manage Guide Brochures and update Marketing Team continuously with # of remaining stock.
-Resolve client issues when necessary or escalates to manager if needed.
-Performs quality checks on areas of responsibility, review performance reports, identify areas requiring improvement, and implement process corrections.
-Performs management functions such as interviewing, hiring of CC Reps.
-Coaches and provide developmental opportunities for new CC team members and existing Team.
-Participates in special project as needed.
-Demonstrates flexibility and reliability in order to help the team as needed (i.e. changing work -Schedule to accommodate business needs).
-Ensures employees have needed resources to perform their jobs.
-Responds to and resolves employees relations’ issues expressed by team members; creates and maintains a high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
-Recommend the appropriate disciplinary action when any performance problems are reported.
-Shares continual responsibility for deciding how to manage the employees ensuring problems and inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
-Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
-Responsible for and oversees the C.C. assets.
-Takes full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
-Ensures that both an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all cases. This includes the recording of all communications between the various parties and all information taken into consideration.
-Approaches all matters in a non biased and professional manner.
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate.
-Approves/Disapproves CC Reps short term leaves.
-Provides input to the development and ongoing updating of information to the company website.
-Conducts a comprehensive training to team members on new promotions and surveys.
-Conducts the end of probation evaluation in cooperation with CC Team Leaders.
-Meets the objectives and performance measures agreed with the C.C. Manager.
-Handles Gift Vouchers After Sales Procedure
-Prepares Newsletter, information about any internal updates in addition to merchant's promotions and sales and new openings.
