- To work closely with Capacity Building Drosos Project Manager in planning and implementing of filmmaking workshops and related activities to Aqaba center
- To coordinate logistical and financial matters for workshops that includes workshop space, equipment, transportation, training material, etc
- To fulfil reporting requirements
- To liaison among workshops conductors at all stages of the program
- To assist in writing and distributing workshops announcement & advertisement
- To process and track all workshops paperwork, including participants forms, questionnaires, scheduling applications and invitation process, from the actual event and post program final reports
- To assist community participants with appropriate information required
- To assist organize and direct film related activities
