Maintains customer structure and ensure proper placement and upgrade of customers,
1. Maintain proper placement of customers in their proper segments.
2. Migrate customer among tiers
3. Drive and monitor customer growth through monitoring customer productions and leads
4. Prepare regular reports for the use of top management on performance of segments, the
growth, the opportunities and customers migrated
5. Provide back to the business units information about their performance
6. Review and update of customer segmentation; coordinating detailed segment planning with
other segment managers
7. Review customer processes.
8. Monitor and measure customer potential.
9. Conduct studies demanded by different customer segments.
10. Full responsibility for customer data integrity
