Lead the sale part of the organization for the market of Jordan ensuring the sales & marketing strategy plans and goals are executed and put into practice commercial goals for the country while adhering to all corporate strategies capable to optimize cost and submit P&L statements.
• Submit sales & budget plan managing execution of those plans by the sales team under his direct supervision and involvement on daily basis.
• Capable to submit brand building & distribution coverage plans for the market to become the goal to be achieved by him and sales force under his management.
• Train all sales team how executes merchandizing in all channels.
• Set action plan according to RTA to increase share & distribution.
• Set, implement & develop strategic sales plan to achieve goals
• Manage, Coach, Motivate and direct the sales force on daily basis
• Follow up distributer daily & weekly sales reports, current stock & conduct market research
• Follow up distributor purchasing order to be delivered on time.
• Follow up competitor’s brands in the market (promotions, shelves rentals in Key Accounts Stores. Prices)
• Contact distributer to understand & determine their products needs / services requirements.
• Develop relationship with existing distributor through close follow up and regular visits and ensure their satisfaction with and understanding of the company products / services.
• Solve problems distributer’s faces during regular visits.
• Develop new business opportunities through market visits.
• Oversee relationship with key accounts that are providing the major part of the regions revenues, in coordinating with distributor.
• Identify sales opportunities & market trends in the area through SWOT analysis.
• Manage forecasting to ensure attainment and surpassing of revenue goals on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure that all aspects of sales & support are attended to effectively and efficiently in the region.
• Set merchandizing Plano gram with coordinating with marketing manager.
