Our client a leading name in the hospitality industry in Jordan are urgently looking to bring on board a Head Barista to manage their outlets in Jordan. Main purpose of the role will be to Develop, implement, and manage all coffee bars for all company brands, productively train employees to maintain and uphold all company and café's policies by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, actively work towards creating a superlative café experience through: customer service, beverage preparation and presentation, in-store marketing, and upkeep of the physical space, maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies.
