A leading name in the hospitality industry in Jordan is looking to bring on board an Outlet Manager to handle their outlets in Jordan. Main purpose of the job will be to make sure service is up to standards and as per brand guidelines; food and beverages to be served as per the standards, ensure customer satisfaction, even when receiving complaints, if any, make sure overall customer experience is in line with brand values and is consistent at every visit, maintain a complete trained and motivated team for every shift; responsible for suggesting new staff members (if need be) and recommending all vacancies, which must be approved by direct manager and ensure sales targets are attained daily, weekly, monthly, annually and monitor them on a daily basis
