• Should respond to Za’atari IRD Staff queries immediately and make arrangements to provide solutions;
• Responsible for installing, configuration and assuring of backing up all IRD Zaatari users’ Data;
• Install and configure Network appliances;
• Facilitate the repair work if any;
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Manager;
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation;
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Report issues to the IT Manager for escalation;
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required;
• Maintenance for Network Cables and Points, Make sure that all the cables are in good shape and there are no losses;
• Any additional tasks required from the IT Manager.
