The Field Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the various activities in Zaatari Camp and surrounding communities of the LWF Jordan program.
Specific Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership
1. Oversee and manage the field activities and the Community Mobilization in the Camp locations to ensure smooth operation in implementation of field activities.
2. Lead and coordinate all PSS well-being activities, awareness raising, youth initiatives and other activities implementation to ensure smooth operation in implementation in PO.
3. Ensuring all services are progressive, proactive, and responsive to community needs.
4. Ensure that the PSS and Peace Building weekly and monthly work plans are realistic and in line with the overall program goals, work plan and budget.
5. Ensure the compilation and maintenance of accurate program records and documents including assets distributed, activities, workshops and trainings conducted and site visits made.
6. Ensure that program data for the specific office is entered into the program databases and is correct and up to date.
7. Develop tracking tools as necessary to help the program team monitor and evaluate program progress and activities as it relates to program activities.
8. Monitor activities and make readjustments as necessary in consultation with the LWF Jordan Protection Manager.
9. Prepare weekly, monthly reports and final reports on activities progress, constraints and suggestions for improved performance and submit to the LWF Jordan Protection Manager.

10. Lead, supervise, support and develop staff and volunteers so they undertake their work in accordance with organizational and program priorities, policy and procedures.
11. Provide leadership to support the strategic planning and quality improvement PO services.
12. Develop strong team relationships, fostering positive relationships within PO staff and other colleagues.
13. Act in Manager, Peace Oasis project as required.
14. Carry out any other duties as requested by the LWF Jordan Protection Manager within scope of work.
Coordination
15. Develop and maintain positive working relationships to strengthen existing and develop new programs with external stakeholders such as youth services, community organizations, schools and government departments.
16. Participate in program meetings including weekly working group discussions, Camp Management & Coordination meetings, staff meetings to ensure inter and intra-program communications and good planning.
17. Develop and maintain working relationships with key community leaders, government officials, and beneficiaries.
Logistics and Finance
18. Ensure budgets are met by achieving set revenue targets, and managing controllable costs/expenses.
19. Ensure that requests to finance and procurement including internal requisitions and travel advances are accurate, in line with the budget and program activities and submitted within a timely manner to ensure program supplies and inputs are purchased in an efficient and timely fashion.
20. Prepare procurement documents related to trainings and activities in consultation with the procurement and logistics department.
21. Prepare monthly cash projections in consultation with the LWF Jordan Protection Manager and Finance Manager.
