• The primary objective of IT assistant work is to maintain current and accurate inventory for IRD Jordan Equipment Assets using the Inventory system.
• Ensuring the highest network day to day availability and good performance of the IT network and communications.
• Maintain network Software at servers and clients (PCs).
• Maintain and Monitor IRD Jordan equipment, Printers, Scanners, Mobiles….
• Maintain and administer Backed up copies of Servers and client PCs data to prevent accidental loss for IRD Amman office and ALL IRD office’s around Jordan.
• Spreadsheet software, graphics software and all other software.
• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, LAN equipment and Servers, replacing parts that need replacement and preventive maintenance as requested by the equipment vendors.
• Upgrade antivirus software on both servers and client PCs.
• Send a Monthly report to the IT Manager for all what is done in the month.
• Performs other duties as assigned from IT Manager.
