We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Specialties Community as a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be expected to build strong relationships with various specialty moderators and experts, to ensure the best use of products and best engagement, and to ensure that plans are built accordingly with new product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the Specialties’ owned community, which includes Q&A-based content, blogs, contests and forums.
• Generate reports and share valuable customer insights with key business partners, including social, communications, e-commerce, and marketing departments.
• Site administration- update and implement changes as needed to the community structure.
• Ensure that all required guidelines for community and social engagement are updated.
• Assist with the supervision and guidance of community members, and take responsibility for engagement, moderation and social customer support across the social web.
• Design and publish blogs and curate other knowledge-based articles.
• Post relevant content in accordance with content calendars.
• Contest execution as directed by the social media and content manager.
• Respond to comments, when appropriate in order to foster a positive community and add value to the users' experience.
• Escalate user-generated content, where appropriate, to internal and client stakeholders.
