Performing all accounts receivable activities in Zain, including issuing invoices, daily reconciliations…etc. while generating related reports and ensuring that all is in compliance with and adherence to the international standards and Zain’s financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Preparing various financial reports, financial statements and balance sheets including monthly closing reports, cost accounting reports, income and loss statements, tax computations and returns, accounts receivable aging report…etc. on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annually basis, and maintaining related documents according to the set policies and procedures.
- Preparing invoices and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of receivables’ entries to check accuracy and compliance with the established rules and accounting principles.
- Prioritizing and coordinating the workflow of invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and ensure appropriate accruals and adjustments are recorded.
- Reconciling credit card companies’ accounts and those related to Zain outlets and submitting them for review and approval.
- Recording and reviewing financial transactions for various operations such as incoming and outgoing roaming, PRI, wholesale…tc. as well as performing accounts/ banks reconciliations and providing accounts receivables cash flow on daily basis.
- Classifying invoices and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of receivables’ entries with the established rules and accounting principles.
- Assisting internal and external auditors at year-end closing by providing data and materials as required.
- Coordinating with different divisions within Zain in regards to the provision of financial statements and data for various purposes such as budgeting and planning, general ledger …tc.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
