Main Duties and Ressponsibilities:
- Build enduring relationship with concessionaires/tenant’s teams.
- Understand accurately concessionaires needs, business opportunities and threats, others’ practices, document and share this insight internally.
- Play an active part within Commercial team, define priority list of concessionaires, contribute to the commercial strategy and policy.
- Develop strategy and engagement plans with the concessionaires with projects that will create value for both parties Formalize this within an action plan- Template.
- Follow & align on sales growth objectives with all commercial partners.
- Identify additional opportunities, monitor environment .
- Develop solutions to solve claims or specific issues raised by the concessionaires.
- Manage contacts, ensure strategic alliance between AIG functional teams and concessionaires’ teams.
- Regularly track the execution of business action plan and impact of activities and performance of concessionaires, sales forecast & balance remaining month by month.
- Conduct daily check list visits to ensure improved scoring, in order to develop traffic/transformation (penetration)/ & ticket value per each concessionaire.
- Ensure minimum violations/ malpractice issues & react as per relevant contract clauses.
- Ensure adherence to the agreed items & price lists, via daily checks.
- Train/monitor concessionaires staff soft skills ( Customer selling skills) in order to develop loyalty & sales growth at airport commercial area.
