• Works closely with the Finance Officer to maintain the SES II financial management policies, systems, structures, and procedures.
• Ensures that day-to-day transactions comply with IRD SES II Program and donor policies and procedures, including completing Purchase Requests and providing adequate receipt documentation as necessary.
• Ensures that reports required by the Finance Officer/SES II are submitted by the set deadline.
• Make physical cash count and petty cash reports.
• Makes payments upon approval.
• Data entry to COSTPOINT system.
• Responsible for social security management and payments for all SES II employees.
• Responsible for Medical insurance statement of account, review, deductions, payment.
• Payroll calculation and payments, time sheets consolidation, deductions, legal deductions (income tax, social security).
• Employees final payments and clearance follow up and check
• Insure that the SES II inventory list is accurate and maintained on monthly basis.
• Perform other SES II HR/finance duties upon request.
• Perform other duties as needed.
