Duties and responsibilities:
1. Business development of the CRO and exploring business opportunities to enhance the rank and position of the company through setting a dynamic strategy tailored per market.
2. Effective Marketing of the services of the CRO to sponsors
3. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty
4. Setting the promotional material of the CRO aimed at proper marketing of the activities
5. Creating awareness on the services to all eligible parties
6. Optimizing the profitability
7. Fostering business collaboration with sponsors
8. Set marketing plans
9. Market Intelligence to acknowledge the main players in the market
10. Negotiation skills to close and capitalize on the new Business opportunities.
11. Market analysis/close the deal requirements evaluating options and resolving problems with sponsors.
12. Establish and manage customer data base.
