Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the staff and operations in the bioanalytical laboratory of the company. The job holder should also enforce quality policy for all laboratory activities and services. Participate as a key member of the CRO management. Provide technical assistance and operational leadership within the laboratory.
Key Functions:
1. Directs the bio-analytical phase programs for company projects
2. Directs the analytical development / method validation activities associated with New Business Developments projects.
3. Performs and enhances analytical methods per requirements.
4. Assesses technical responses to questions/issues raised by regulatory agencies. Serves as an advisor to both the regulatory / Quality operations and sponsors for all analytical matters
5. Create and support an injury free and incident free workspace.
6. Comply with all job-related safety and other training requirements.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
