Summary
The Director will be expected to provide leadership in facilitating all aspects of project Operations including problem solving and decision making by the team to assure that decisions are consistent with the overall company operations and business objectives.
Participate as a key member of the CRO management and report directly to the Managing director. Provide technical and operational leadership for CRO operations and provide technical assistance to operations in the regulatory, clinical, bioanalytical and biomedical departments
Essential functions:
• The primary purpose of this position is to manage the technical operations of the company. Provide strategic direction for functions within company. Enforces quality policy for all company activities and services.
• Drive implementation of operations projects by establishing strategies, schedules, budgets, and financial analysis
• Lead and manage multi-site project teams effectively to ensure that they are delivered on time, on budget and in agreement with quality standard
• Provide clear direction to the teams on requirements in order to meet expectations of all stakeholders
• Interact through program updates and reviews with middle management
• Identify, elevate as needed, and resolved project issues with minimal impacts. Provide recommendations to middle management for elevated issues
• Exhibit excellent communication, team building and time management skills to meet the expectations of the stakeholders
