Based on ITEC Organization Structure, the Pre-sales & Customer Satisfaction Consultant must report to the Pre-sales & Customer Satisfaction Manager and performs the following job activities:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and defining the prospect's business requirements, needs, and objectives. Proposing solutions, and translating those into presentations and demonstrations based on the company's range of products.
- Preparing Proposal and answering RFP requirements and inquiries from prospects.
- Designing solution architecture and Preparing Proof of Concepts.
- Proposing enhancements on Company’s products based on customer demands and market knowledge.
- Conducting regular visits and surveys with our existing clients to collect the information needed to measure and assess our customer satisfaction level, analyzing these information, concluding results, and providing recommendations to the direct manager.
- Preparation of an action plan to follow up on the reported issues with the concerned staff within the company.
- Obtaining feedback from the customer after corrective actions had been implemented.
- Conducting meetings and discussions with our clients in order to provide the required advice to them, to achieve maximum benefits from our deployed solutions.
- Regional Travel is required.
