- Ensure the vendors are implementing IRD’s QA/QC policies and standards.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspection visits.
- Prepare the QA/QC reports.
- Report undesirable findings in vendors’ warehouses and operations.
- Keep track and document the crossings.
- Keep track and document parcels’ status beginning from the packing until after distributions are done.
- Keep track and document parcels quantities inside and outside Jordan.
- Provide the required daily reports.
- Automate reporting and documentation.
- Prepare the QA/QC manual.
- Provide support to technical evaluation committees.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment
- Previous experience in packing the goods inside the warehouse
- Experience in testing food samples (legumes) for particular of molds, yeast and bacteria that may be harmful
- Loading goods for dispatch
- Reporting any problems inside the warehouse to the direct supervisor
- Checking for damaged or missing items inside each parcel
- Assist other warehouse workers in completing tasks as requested by the warehouse manager.
- Keeping records of supplies and goods/ Keep track and document parcels quantities inside and outside Jordan.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and tools used in delivery, packing and loading processes.
