Purpose
Audit the performance of the facility management activities in pursuit of overall company objectives. Contribute to reviewing relevant process and operating procedures to improve the performance of the unit. Monitor and report on the
operational and environmental aspects that are required at the facility such as luminance, ambient temperature, noise, cleanliness, security, pest control, malfunctions of systems, etc.
Responsibilities & Essential Duties
The following duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature of work rather being exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities:
• Willingness to work evening shifts.
• Evaluating and reporting on the performance of the facility management company and providing support and feedback to relevant personnel.
• Review, monitor and audit the planned maintenance activities on all mall systems and auxiliaries scheduled by the facility management company.
• Work with management, employees, and the facility management team.
• Monitoring and ensuring quality whilst preventing occupational risk.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Leasing department to plan, supervise and ensure operational and quality requirements during high seasons and special events.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Leasing department regarding tenants’ noncompliance with the Mall’s policy and regulations.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities pertaining to tenants such as delivery of goods, instructions to tenants’ contractors and waste management.
• Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
• Preform internal and joint QHSE audits.
• Perform audit out of the schedule upon request of the Operations Manager.
• Investigate indecent and Accidents and report results to Operations Manager.
• Any other function requested by the Operations Manager.
