Responsible for the maintenance of the CTP database and keeping it up to date
Import and export beneficiary information
Prepare beneficiary list for home visits, post distribution monitoring and cash payments
Provide reports as needed/requested for the CTP programme e.g. PDM, CTP database etc
Liaise with database consultant to improve tools in the DB
Train staff and volunteers in data collection tools e.g. ODK (open data kit)
Provide technical support for monitoring of programmes through the creation of data collection forms, databases and support in data analysis
Maintaining the server, network, hardware and software
Provide IT technical support to IFRC employees
Ensuring that staff are regularly backing up their data on the server
Carry out other IT and database related tasks as required
