* Support the design of a tailored advocacy program in collaboration with CBOs through an innovative and participative approach
* Facilitate advocacy capacity building of the 4 CBOs working on women’s empowerment, youth engagement and media
* Assist the establishment of a Talent Committee (TC) in each CBO responsible for leading the advocacy initiatives
* Build the advocacy knowledge and skills of the TC to develop advocacy initiatives focussed on women empowerment, media and youth engagement in the community
* Facilitate the strengthening of networks of communication between the media, CBOs and government
* Assist CBOs to improve their ability to reach various kinds of audience when carrying-out policy-oriented advocacy
* Support the improvement of CBOs theoretical knowledge and practical know-how on women's empowerment, media and youth engagement;
* Support the implementation of the 6 month-action plan drafted according to the capacity building assessment, including the development of a code of conduct;
* Collaborate in the conduction of 4 knowledge sharing sessions between the 4 CBOs and establish a peer review mechanism
* Assist CBO to prepare and present lessons-learnt document to the press and governmental institutions
* Support CBO to develop 4 medium-term advocacy strategy plans
