* The Social Mobilizers is responsible for supporting the organization of meetings, workshops and trainings for CBOs;
* Establish and maintain good working relations with CBOs and community members in the project area;
* Assist the Project Manager in all project activities to ensure the successful implementation of the project
* Support the assessment of CBOs capacities and contribute to the implementation of the action plan for their strengthening
* Contact with CBOs and other local stakeholders to ensure regular and clear communication lines
* Support the implementation of the advocacy campaign designed and developed by CBOs in collaboration with the Advocacy Officer
* Regular field visits in target areas to track the progress of CBOs
* Collect CBOs and community complaints and feedback on project and trainings, and other issues/ irregularities from the field both on HH level and within the community and provide beneficiaries and answer to their complaints and feedback
* Participate in team meetings to reach program decisions.
* Coordinate with other programs that may be complementary or synergistic.
* Establish good and regular communication with project beneficiaries, ACTED partners and various service providers.
* Establish good communication and coordination with all ACTED departments (WASH, AME, Social Mobilization, data entry) and project staff Other:
* Strictly follow ACTED internal procedures and guidelines.
* Social mobiliser is responsible for preparing accurate, honest, and timely reports of their individual activities. In particular this includes maintaining signed records of the engagement and activities with the community.
* Social Mobilizer is also encouraged to prepare written reports of the results of their activities, assessments and observations.
