- Build strong positive relationships with current accounts to gain insight into individual customer's business priorities, needs and issues
- Identify and resolve client concerns and complaints
- Build and maintain relationships/partnerships with relevant technology suppliers to identify business opportunities and provide valuable customer solutions
- Proactively identify new sales prospects and develop sales plans to close deals which profitably satisfy the customer’s business needs
- Provide periodic reports and statistics to the Sales Supervisor
- Achieve the monthly collection KPI’s by managing cases of line disconnection, termination, bad debit, credit limit, churn cases and outstanding balance while the account is under the custody of the account manager
