□Perform Customer Services activities (i.e accounts opening, closing,
modifications, proxy, …).
□ Issue Formal letters to clients (letters of Clearance, Commitments
Certificates, Proxy letters….).
□ Maintain record filing for Clients' services & activities.
□ Process checkbooks application
□ Process all kinds of credit cards & deliver them for clients.
□ Attract new clients for the bank
□ Process all transactions related to CD's ( Certificate of deposits )
□ Study loans applications and set recommendations
□ Perform Cross Selling to existing clients
□ Knowledge of the assigned portfolio and contact their clients
periodically
□ Process the applications of e - banking services for clients
□ Process the applications of reversed commissions and interest rates
□ Process the applications of L/C’s & L/G’s.
□ Distribute mail and letters for clients
□ Execute standing orders transactions
□ Process the commercial transactions of (Safe boxes, Opening the
accounts, signing the contracts, … )
□ Perform any task requested from the branch manager upon work
requirements.
B. Risk:
□ Control & follow up on inactive & dormant accounts. (according to
